2. Objectives
The objective of the foundation is to support, mentor, and facilitate (young) talent across various fields to help them reach their full potential and contribute meaningfully to society. This includes providing scholarships, resources, and access to networks that empower the next generation of change-makers.
3. Policy Plan (Beleidsplan)
The foundation’s policy plan outlines our strategy for achieving our goals.
Key Principles: Our focus lies on identifying talent from diverse backgrounds, providing financial and professional support, and building partnerships with educational and social institutions.
Fundraising: Funds are raised through donations, corporate partnerships (including The Social Hub), and grants.
Asset Management: The foundation’s assets are managed conservatively to ensure long-term sustainability of our scholarship programmes.

4. Board of Directors & Remuneration Policy
The Board of Stichting TSH Talent Foundation consists of:

Remuneration Policy: The members of the Board perform their duties on a voluntary basis and receive no remuneration for their work. They are only entitled to a refund of reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in the performance of their duties. The foundation does not currently employ staff; should this change, a market-conform salary structure will be implemented.
5. Report of Recent Activities
As a recently established foundation (2024), our primary activities have focused on:
Establishing the foundation’s legal and operational framework.
Launching the Changemaker Scholarship in collaboration with the KIT Fund (Royal Tropical Institute), aimed at supporting students who drive social impact.
Developing the criteria for future talent support programmes.
6. Financial Accountability
In accordance with ANBI regulations, the foundation will publish its financial statements here within six months of the end of each financial year.
