The Social Hub’s Talent Foundation stimulates a world where opportunity is a right, not a privilege. We offer programmes for changemakers who have faced the tallest of barriers for education and possess an unstoppable drive and potential to develop themselves to go out and change the world.

We help the transition to an equitable world by providing access to an educational programme, support, including accommodation and career development resources.

We empower talented students to become changemakers and fulfil their full potential through mentoring and emotional support, helping them feel connected and capable of making meaningful change.

We bring a diverse set of people together and build a thriving community. Always stimulating them to grow, connect, succeed, and - ultimately - change the world centering the power of empathy.
Our Foundation Starts With Two Programmes
Changemaker Scholarship Programme
This programme provides motivated and talented students from underprivileged backgrounds with accommodation and talent support. Our scholarship journey aims to do more than just provide a home; we unlock new perspectives and opportunities
Better Society Academy
This programme offers short immersive learning experiences that empower social changemakers to become influential forces for good.

About The Social Hub
Driven by a purpose to create a better society, The Social Hub is a pioneer in the hybrid hospitality industry. From hotel facilities, student and extended stay rooms, co-working spaces, through to auditoriums, gyms and event spaces, The Social Hub is a place where people can connect and learn from one another, build a community and engage in unique experiences that help spark ideas and make change happen.
Founded in 2012, The Social Hub is headquartered in Amsterdam and counts more than 1,000 employees. The company’s total locations amount to 23, including 18 hotels and over 10,000 rooms currently operating in Amsterdam (two hubs), Barcelona, Berlin, Bologna, Delft, Eindhoven, Florence, Glasgow, Groningen, Maastricht, Madrid, Paris, Rotterdam, San Sebastián, The Hague, Toulouse, and Vienna. Five more hubs are recently opened in 2025: Porto, Florence Belfiore and Rome, while Lisbon and Turin will welcome guests further ahead.
