With a keen eye for trends, a love of all things entrepreneurial and a passion for community building and social impact, Frank is a frequent public speaker and builder of alliances across Europe. At The Social Hub, Frank focuses on talent development, strategic partnerships, and expansion plans. Since joining in 2010, he has strengthened the company's community model and positioned it as a catalyst for urban regeneration and an asset to university cities. In 2024, he became Chairman of the TSH Talent Foundation, directing 1% of The Social Hub’s revenue to support changemakers through scholarships and the Better Society Academy. In 2011, he founded The Class Foundation, addressing Europe’s student housing crisis by hosting forums, conducting research, and promoting leadership in the student living sector.

Bertan currently oversees the organization and scaling up of the Better Society Academy at the TSH Talent Foundation, focusing on expanding the foundation’s partnerships to support more changemakers. With extensive experience in international grantmaking and mentorship programs, particularly within the arts and the Global South, Bertan has held leadership roles at prestigious institutions like the Prince Claus Fund and Nederlands Dans Theater. As founder of the VID Foundation for Photography, he champions diversity, cultural sensitivity, and positive social change. Known for his emotionally intelligent leadership and value-driven approach, Bertan excels at creating impactful programs that foster growth, innovation, and meaningful connections across diverse sectors. At TSH Talent Foundation, his vision is to create immersive learning experiences that empower social changemakers, alongside a sustainable funding structure for the foundation.

Hemant leads the TSH Talent Foundation’s Changemaker's Scholarship Programme, driving the program to ensure access to education for all. Additionally, he oversees efforts to measure and enhance the impact of the foundation's initiatives. Drawing on his background in social entrepreneurship in India, he brings extensive experience in sustainability initiatives and education reform. Hemant has successfully designed and managed programs focused on social impact, diversity, and community development, working in collaboration with philanthropic foundations, corporations, and government entities. His notable achievements include facilitating a merger that significantly expanded his social enterprise's reach and impact. Hemant holds an MSc in Prosperity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from University College London, where he specialized in coalition-building for social impact. At TSH Talent Foundation, Hemant is dedicated to promoting education equity by breaking down socio-economic and cultural barriers.
Miroslava Shepetina

Originally from Krasnodar, Russia, Miroslava is a 20-year-old International Business undergraduate student at Hogeschool Rotterdam. Her journey in business and marketing began in 2020, when she embarked on her first summer internship with PRM Group company, focusing on marketing and in-store activations on the Russian FMCG market. After graduating from high school, Miroslava moved to the Netherlands in August 2022 to pursue her undergraduate studies. During her second year, she specialized in Marketing and Sales, landing an internship at Quinky, a sex-tech startup. Here, she contributed to crafting advertising campaigns and organizing community events, in addition to analyzing competitors and assessing potential partners. Now in her third year, Mira is interning at The Social Hub Talent Foundation, further developing her expertise in business and hospitality, as well as working on social impact initiatives.
Michiel de Wilde

Michiel de Wilde is an experienced leader and consultant in the social impact and philanthropy sectors. Formerly a director of purpose-driven organizations such as AidEnvironment and the Goldschmeding Foundation, he has a proven track record in strategy development, impact management, and public-private partnerships. With over 30 years of experience across civil society, Michiel has advised foundations, NGOs, and social enterprises on growth and effectiveness. He holds a BBA and MBA from Nyenrode Business University and is known for his entrepreneurial approach. Michiel also serves on several boards, including Trubendorffer and the TSH Talent Foundation.
